Wednesday 1-23-13

Wednesday..
would have liked to sleep in but got up for a recovery day.

-felt pretty solid all the way thru the warm up.

-pretty brutal. used the black prowler which i think is heavier than the other one.

-these were grip mashers. not sure what the trap bar weighs.
