-didn't want to get up this am. would have been happy to roll over...

-pace was a little slow for a single mile but was ok with that.

-quick work thru these.

-5 at 140 and it was heavy. went back for 6 and missed it.
-still my weak link. need to think about some other assistance work maybe, or more pressing..
