Wednesday, which is sort of Friday.. long weekend coming!

8:00 pace.
-solid.

10-deck squats
10-walk outs
10-push ups
10-walking lunges
-moved thru steadily. little sluggish

Bench press

-felt good thru all the reps. 225 was pretty easy.

Deadlift- BBB

-kept and overhand grip to work on the hand strength. solid sets. good form. concentrated on keeping it tight.

-spent a little extra time working out the kinks.

probably up for the Turkey trot tomorrow. yippee!
