back to the grind.
up before the alarm which i didn't expect.
dressed and out. back to the gym. was nice to play outside all weekend but back to work today!
treadmill warm up
run 2 miles
was going to only go 1.5 or so but figured why not round it out to 2
heel a little better but sore. gotta stretch it out some.
run felt good. no lingering issues from yesterday's trail run.
strength warm up
3 rounds
10 pull ups
10 push ups
10 squats
tried butterfly kipping pullups. they are a little weird but fast. very aerobic as well. i could see how doing lots of these would gas you out.

failed the 5th rep on the 145 and 155 set. couldn't get the arms locked out. felt pretty good though. happy about the gains in shoulder strength. reps of 5 at 155 is good stuff.
cashed out with a set of 10-95
perfect workout for this am. good stuff.
back to work.
going to be a hectic week. lots of stuff all happening at once. argh.
