Thursday

wow. way off my game this am.
alarm went off and must have snoozed it without even realizing. woke up when it went off the second time and just started at the clock for a minute.
up and out.
felt ok once i got moving. just a little sluggish.
checked out the mainsite and they had a gymnastics inspired wod. yikes. searched around for an alternate but didn't really come up with anything so figured i would modify it a bit.

treadmill warmup
run 5k
the warm up became a longer run. was feeling decent and decided to push it a little longer. moved the pace up around the 1.5 mile mark and moved it up a little right thru 3 miles.
didn't do it as a time trial so wasn't to concerned with time. the first quarter mile was warm up jog.

strength
2 rounds
20 dips
20 pullups
20 decline sit ups
20 squats

after the run just wanted to get in some body weight movements
had planned 3 rounds but decided to just do 2. little bit of traffic where i was working and i wasn't feeling it 100%.
figured take it a little easy and get a long stretch in.

stretched out good and hit the showers.
tired.

weeks almost over but gonna get busier as the weekend nears. yeah.
