thats how i felt today. got up and pushed thru but had no juice. none.
treadmill warm up
run 2 miles
felt good here. 8:30 pace and then picked it up in the second mile.

sluggish all the way thru here. just off.
used 3 alt grips for the pullups just to get some variety

just no juice here at all. was barely pulling singles on weights i repped last week. just had nothing. yes my back is a little tight from the riding this weekend. yes i probably need a day off.

this was done not for time but for form. felt ok on the ghd situps, the ghd back ext i think i need to alter the position a little. kettlebell swings were good.
finished and had a headache. not sure from what. just a dull headache. argh

this wasn't so bad. for as crappy as i felt this was a decent time.

spent some time working out the kinks here. will do more tomorrow and maybe more later tonite. body needs some active recovery.
maybe a long slow run tomorrow?
we'll see.
definitely stressed and thats not helping.
