weekend wrap up
Saturday had to work in the office till noon. no pre-work workout.
ending up taking the day as a rest day.
went to the movies with the kids. had a blast.
good times.
Sunday
beautiful weather on Sunday.
went for a hike with the boy on a trail up South Mountain. what a hoot. maybe a 3 mile out and back. not 100% sure on the distance. trying to find a good trail map is a little difficult.
ended up doing yard work the rest of the day. got lots done and had a good time.
