rest day
oops.
alarm didn't go off. rolled over, looked at the clock and was like.......oops!
jump in the shower and out the door.
argh.
oh well. deserved rest today anyway. home late last night so could use the extra hour plus.
calves a little sore still. rolled them out last night and that helped a lot. hams a little stiff this am. no biggee.
back at it tomorrow.
