Thursday 5-19-11

Active recovery

caught a few extra minutes this am and then jumped out of bed and hit the ground running...

Run
4 miles
31:35
-moderate pace. started easy and picked it up toward the end. felt real solid.

mobility drills
-shoulder pass thrus
-high steps
-leg kicks
-leg swings
-over head squats
-front squats
-sampson stretch
-overhead lunges
--just worked thru a little mobility circuit to stretch it out a bit.

Plyo/Yoga
-worked thru the standard plyo/pseudo yoga moves

foam roll
-working out the kinks.

--that was all for this am. excellent active recovery day.

not sure about tomorrow am yet. probably a rest day. maybe try to get out on the bike as Sunday will be a LONG ride...... we'll see.
