good stuff moved thru quickly.
no strength today as per the ignite program.

runs were all sub 7:00 pace with the 400 and 200 being 6:15ish.
swings with 35lb bell and sit-ups on decline anchored but full rom.
good stuff.

spent some time doing a little yoga, foam rolling and mobility work.
felt great to spend some time working it out. quads packed up from the squats yesterday and the upper shoulders are still a little crappy from all the work the other day.
off work tomorrow. will get some kind of workout in. we'll see what it is... hmmm.. maybe a run and park wod? figure it out.
