Monday 12-20

back to the grind today.
up and out into the full moon and chilly air. sweet!

no run this am. did this instead. rest the feet although they feel good.

back to the strength phase after the deload week.
felt good this am. solid all the way thru.
went for 305 on the last set and nailed it. good stuff!!

the chins were a nice change but coming off the sdlhp in the later rounds my grip was definitely compromised. sit-ups were cake although was feeling it a little from yesterday.
sdlhp were argh. not sure i dig that move. i used the thin short bar which i think was a mistake. should have used an olympic bar instead oh well.

feeling pretty solid for a monday.

short week. getting psyched for xmas!!
