still cold, still dark in the early am.
but i was up a little early for whatever reason. hmm.

calves sore but getting used to the forefoot strike in the vibrams. think the nike free's helped to strengthen the feet but the vibrams take it to another level.
besides the calves being a little sore and tight the pace was good. probably should have shortened sunday's run a little but well i'm just dumb like that.

these felt pretty good. took a little longer than i wanted to get thru the sets. vibrams were very cool on these. felt planted to the floor and was able to drive up thru the heels. will be interesting to see on squats
310 was solid. little slow but up off the floor and solid thru 3 good pulls.
went back to 295 for the last one. was pretty blown out by that point.
no met-con today. boo.
just ran out of time.
little stretch and then off to the showers.
