back to the grind after a great but what seemed like a short weekend.
no treadmill this am. got the turkey trot on thursday and the feet are a little sore from the hike yesterday in the Vibrams. figured i will get a run in tomorrow.

used this to loosen up. little stiff this am. maybe coming off the weekend. maybe the hike and yard work yesterday? whatever

these were good. solid reps, good form. probably could have gone heavier. good sign that the strength is progressing along with work capacity.

haven't done double unders in a while. took a few practice reps to get loose. the stiff feet and the vibrams were a interesting combo on the rope. caught a toe with the rope a few times.
definitely out of sync here
all the burpees and the swings were unbroken. used the 35# bell so no issue doing american swings. did the double unders as fast as possible. had to restart a few times.
felt good when they were flowing though.
need to practice these more.
