was up a little later than i should have been last night watching the debates. no comment here.
up and out. a little slow moving today.

-felt a little tired. a little slow. but soldiered on and got it done.

-narrowed my grip a bit and i think it really helped solidify my position. 310 for 7 was solid. probably left a couple reps in the tank and felt strong off the floor. excellent.

-first set was heavy. should have thrown in a few lighter reps but oh well.
-these were smokers by the end.
-solid form and depth though so thats was good.

-figured to book end the day with mile runs. felt ok. just wanted to get done. not much juice at this point.
