XMAS eve!
hoorah!

great day in the city with the family. walked a lot. saw the sights and the radio city Christmas show.

awesome day!!

Weekend wrap 11-20/21

weekend wrap up
Saturday had to work in the office till noon. no pre-work workout.
ending up taking the day as a rest day.
went to the movies with the kids. had a blast.
good times.

Sunday
beautiful weather on Sunday.
went for a hike with the boy on a trail up South Mountain. what a hoot. maybe a 3 mile out and back. not 100% sure on the distance. trying to find a good trail map is a little difficult.
ended up doing yard work the rest of the day. got lots done and had a good time.

saturday
rest day. worked at the office in the am and then went pumpkin picking with the kiddos.
had a blast. great day!

sunday
selling popcorn for the cubscouts and then yard work.
mow/leaf blow the yard for time!
good stuff.

Saturday 9-18

active rest

mow the lawn for time.
pushed the mower around and got the whole lawn done. wonder how far a walk it was?

after that just chilled with the kiddies for the rest of the day.

good relaxing day.

played outside with the kids for the better part of both days.
walked to the park. played on the swings etc. walked around the pond.
played soccer and jumped on the trampoline at home.

good times.
needed the mental break.

Darkhorse 40 this weekend.
spent Saturday setting up.
spent Sunday running the event and breaking down.
spent Monday recovering.
argh.

went perfect but man was it a long weekend.

saturday

active rest.
beautiful day outside and could bear to go in to the gym. spent the majority of the day outside with the kids.
cleaned the bike, washed the truck. rode bikes, and took the kids for a walk to the park.

good clean fun!
